2006 SALES:
For the year ending December, 2006, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reported there where a total of 466 residential homes sold in the Greater Tehachapi Area.

The average sale price was $319,772, and the median sale price was $299,000. Year ending 2006 there were 388 active residential listings.

2006 VACANT LAND SALES INFORMATION

For the year ending December, 2006, there were 348 parcels of land sold. The average price was $88,468, and the median sales price was $58,000. Year ending 2006 there were 577 active vacant land listings.
