Paul has been a part of the Tehachapi real estate community since May 2000. In December 2002, Paul came to RE/MAX Tehachapi to work with an internationally recognized real estate company with an excellent local community reputation for knowledge, experience and professionalism. Paul was the Sales Manager for RE/MAX Tehachapi from August 2004 through November 2007.
As the past President Paul was a 2008 Director member of the Tehachapi Area Association of RealtorsŪ Board of Directors and the 2008 Chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee. Paul was the 2007 President of the Tehachapi Area Association of RealtorsŪ. Paul was the 2006 President-Elect; 2005 Vice-President, 2005 and 2006 Chairperson of the Budget and Finance Committee; 2006 Chairperson of the Long Term Planning Committee; 2006 Chairperson of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Committee; 2004 Director; and, committee member of the Professional Standards Committee from 2003 through 2006.
Paul was a State Director for the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) representing Region 12 and the Tehachapi Area Association of Realtors in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Paul has successfully completed the Graduate Realtors Institute program to earn his GRI designation.
Since 2001, Paul has been a member of The Greater Tehachapi Area Chamber of Commerce; he holds a lifetime membership with the Tehachapi Mountain VFW Post 5948; is a member of Bear Valley Community Church; and, holds memberships in the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Paul retired from the Los Angeles Police Department in January 1994, after 25 years in public service.

Paul and his wife, Mary Ann, purchased a home in Tehachapi in 1990, where they relocated to in 1995, after Paul's retirement from the Los Angeles Police Department, after 25 years of public service. Paul and Mary Ann currently reside in the gated community of Bear Valley Springs.
Paul and Mary Ann have a daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter and grandson also living in Tehachapi, and a son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and twin grandson's living in the Salt Lake area in Utah.
